New Mexico-based cook-turned-photographer Jonathan Blaustein’s work "focuses on the intersection of art, culture, food and economics in the 21st Century. His current project, "The Value of a Dollar,” which is ongoing, is the first installment in a larger narrative about how globalization and commodification are impacting society in the new millennium.“
